How Our Partners Help Us Achieve Milestones 

Blackpoint achieved an impressive milestone this winter, and we have our partners to thank for it. We’ve been featured in no less than 36 of G2’s Winter 2024 reports and earned 14 badges.

We have always believed in the strength of our security ecosystem. But because these G2 recognitions are based on user reviews, it’s incredibly rewarding to see that our partners share this belief. Here are the areas you said we stood out:

We earned six badges in MDR, with two being Leader and two being High Performer. While it’s definitely not the first time we’ve garnered either of these, it’s still worth nothing that less than 3% of products and services earn a Leader ranking, and roughly the same for High Performer. As G2 puts it, “only the crème de la crème earn the honor of a Leader or High Performer badge within these reports.”

We also snagged a Momentum Leader badge for the first time, meaning we’re ranked in the top 25% of products in our category, as rated by users. Our other MDR badge was awarded for Best Estimated ROI—it’s always great to see that our partners are achieving results quickly.

For the first time ever, we’re featured in the Cloud Detection and Response category, taking away five badges. Not bad considering our Cloud Response service was just launched a year and a half ago. The recognitions are timely considering our recent expansion to protecting not only Microsoft 365 environments, but also Google Workspace, and MDR for Azure SSO to boot.

We were recognized as a Momentum Leader and High Performer in Cloud Detection and Response, plus we received Best Meets Requirements, Easiest Setup, and Users Most Likely to Recommend.

We snagged three High Performer badges in the Cloud Security category. Solutions in the High Performer category have the highest customer satisfaction scores based on user ratings—and again, only 3% of solutions receive this distinction.
